Description

Board members and superintendents are integral parts of their district’s leadership team. Utilizing best practices to develop collaborative relationships, attendees will learn how boards can boost student success by creating a board/superintendent partnership that sets clear expectations, creates conditions for success, measures accountability, and seeks to improve efforts for learning together as a board team.
