Dr. Thomas D'Elia has been with the Belleville Public School System for over a decade where he as assumed many district-level and school-based administrative positions. Most recently, Dr. D'Elia has served Belleville Public Schools as the Director of Operations/Chief Talent Officer where, among other district leadership initiatives, he has spearheaded the introduction and sustainable practices of The Teacher Coaching Department.
