Previously served the Higher Education Market for over 20 years. Became a partner in Student EI because as a parent of grown children, a grandparent, and an employer, and an employee I have been opened to the realization that we are not doing enough to prepare this generation for their future. The time is now to help our students and young adults first succeed in school and then become employable graduates from this great state of New Jersey.
Student EI was developed for school districts to fill a gap which we will explore that didn’t exist a generation or two ago. Our mission is to provide school districts with data insights to ensure the future-readiness of students by recognizing the soft skills they need to be successful in school, and long after they have left the academic environment.
