Evan Abramson is a 1999 graduate of Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. After graduation, he worked for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball organization in the Media Relations department before returning to New Jersey to work for the Irvington Public Schools in multiple roles involving technology. Mr. Abramson then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University and is currently the Director of Technology and Innovation for the Morris- Union Jointure Commission.
At the age of 6, Mr. Abramson quickly understood the importance of technology as he helped rebuild his first computer, a Commodore 64 with the help of his father. While understanding the concept of today’s student as a “Digital Native”, Mr. Abramson has also focused a great deal of attention on the Disney Customer Service Model and its potential impact on school systems and teachers.
Mr. Abramson was the Chair for Future Ready Schools New Jersey focusing on Data and Privacy as well as Robust Infrastructure and was recently named as a Future Ready Schools National Technology Thought Leader. He has presented at the NJASA Techspo Conference as well as the ISTE National Technology Conference on multiple subject areas in the Technology realm. Evan is a Google Certified Administrator as well as a Google Certified Trainer.
