Meena Pasupathy, BCBA, Director of Collaborative Educational Services at
the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ), is a passionate educational leader with more than 15 years of experience in special education.
She began her career as a teacher of students with significant disabilities, became a building-level supervisor, and is currently a member of the leadership team at ESCNJ.
Her primary focus is establishing collaborative programming, in the least restrictive environment, so that students may learn and achieve success. She holds a master’s degree in education and several certifications that provided the basis to successfully establish various special education programs for students ages 3-21. Additionally, she is working on collaborating programs and partnerships for a post-21 adult program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
