Profile
Field Service Representative and Search Consultant, currently provides direct services to boards of education in Atlantic, Cape May, and Cumberland counties. Michelle served on the Fairfield Township Board of Education for eighteen years, serving as the board president for the last ten years of her tenure. She is a former president and vice president of the Cumberland County School Boards Association. Before joining NJSBA, while serving as a local school board member, Michelle served on the Board of Directors for NJSBA, a member of NJSBA Equity Council, NJSBA Delegate Assembly, and various NJSBA Task Force. She has also served as a group leader for NJSBA’s New Board Member Orientation program. Michelle attained the status of Certified Board Member, Master Board Member, and met the requirements to receive the designation of Certified Board Leader. Michelle has also served on the Board of Directors for Cumberland Christian School and Cumberland Regional High School Citizens Advisory Committee representing Fairfield Township.
