Arianna Mouré serves as Counsel with Scarinci Hollenbeck’s public law practice group, primarily focusing on labor & employment and litigation matters.
Ms. Mouré regularly counsels employers, both public and private, on various workplace issues related to the hiring, discipline and termination of employees, family and medical leave, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation laws. She also advises on, and drafts, employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, employment and separation agreements and restrictive covenants. In addition, Ms. Mouré is a commercial litigator with years of experience handling matters related to business torts, wrongful discharge and breach of contract violations. She also litigates employment matters representing employers in civil and administrative proceedings, as well as in state and federal courts.
