Robin Wilkins is an Education Program Development Specialist in the Office of Preschool at the NJ Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood Services. She has been with the Department collectively for 16 years and in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years. In her role, she provides technical support to the state-funded preschool districts as they implement high quality programs for eligible three- and four-year olds.
