Lindsay Wilhelmi Guay has served as a Data Specialist on the Southern Regional Support Team for NJDOE's Office of Comprehensive Support since 2019. In her work with the State and for nearly a decade prior, she has supported school leadership teams by developing their data analysis skills, thereby helping them to create dynamic action plans using evidence-based practice and set ambitious yet achievable progress monitoring goals supported by data. Prior to making the shift to the work of direct school support, Lindsay honed her skills by designing, managing, and conducting research & evaluations of educational programs, curriculum, and student/teacher performance in school- and community-based settings. She holds a bachelor of science in digital media from Drexel University and a master of education in urban education from Temple University.
Lindsay believes that all students, especially those most often “left behind”, deserve an equitable education and equal opportunities; she is committed to helping such students reach their highest potential through the supportive partnerships she creates.
