A lifelong educator, Patricia Wright is the Executive Director Emiriti of the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association. She is the author of Sustainable School Improvement: Fueling the Journey with Collective Efficacy and Systems Thinking. She is the developer of the Connected Action Roadmap (CAR), a comprehensive and coherent model of school improvement. Mrs. Wright has held the positions of teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent. Mrs. Wright is currently a senior consultant for NJPSA/FEA. She presents frequently on issues related to CAR, PLCs, school leadership and school culture and climate.
