RVE provides a full range of services to support the planning and design of educational facilities and their infrastructure. These services include site planning and engineering for new construction, renovation and expansions of facilities. Our staff includes highly trained, experienced professionals in a variety of disciplines. We offer a single source for professional consulting services including professional engineers and planners, registered landscape architects, professional land surveyors, professional geologists and environmental engineers.
Corporate-wide, RVE has been providing a full-range of engineering and construction management services to educational institutions since the 1900s when we participated in the design of the University of Maryland campus at College Park. Today, RVE provides sound, high-quality engineering services including Civil Engineering (site, survey, landscape design, recreational design, stormwater drainage and traffic engineering), Facilities Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, cost estimating, HVAC and IT system technology) and Utility Engineering (energy engineering, environmental engineering and geotechnical engineering). RVE offers each school district significant cost and time savings, serving as the Engineer of Record.
RVE provides professional design, planning and construction services for infrastructure capital improvements including building additions/renovations, athletic facilities/stadiums, new construction and other civil/site projects.
