When you register for NJSBA’s Workshop 2022, you will be joining thousands of school leaders and affirming your commitment to public education.

Did you know that the annual fall Workshop has provided training to K-12 public school officials for nearly 70 years in New Jersey?

Our education community has persevered through wars, watershed court decisions, and now — a pandemic. Through it all, NJSBA has remained steadfast and laser-focused on its mission to operate as the official training organization, advocacy center and guardian of public education policy.

The first NJSBA Workshop was held in 1953 and drew just over 125 school representatives to Haddon Hall, now known as the Resorts Casino Hotel, located on the storied Atlantic City boardwalk. Today, the conference has exponentially grown and is co-sponsored by the New Jersey Association of School Administrators and the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, attracting an even wider audience of public school district leaders.

Now, for three full days every October, a senior-level audience of school leaders, education professionals, and influencers in New Jersey education gather for quality professional development; important legal, legislative, policy and funding updates; new products and services; and to celebrate public education.
