Though Monday is a full day of training for attendees, the Exhibit Floor is not open.

All standard commercial booths are equipped with 3’ draped sidewalls, 8’draped back wall and a 7” x 44” booth identification sign listing company name and booth number. This information for the 7” x 44” booth identification sign will be taken from your Exhibit Space Contract unless notified otherwise.

Installation begins at 8:00am on Monday, October 24. All exhibitors using the loading dock entrance must install their exhibit on this date, there will be no loading dock entrance deliveries after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, All displays and exhibits must be in place by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 25. Any space not claimed and occupied or for which no special arrangements have been made prior to 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 24, may be resold or reassigned by Show Management without obligation on the part of Show Management for any refund whatsoever.

No installing, dismantling, rearranging, major repairs, servicing, removing or supplementing of exhibits will be permitted during the exhibit hours without permission of Show Management.

You may bring hand-carry exhibits (no 4-wheeled carts or dollies) through the front doors. Hand-carried exhibits are defined as anything that can be carried by hand in one load.

AEX Convention Services, the general service contractor for Workshop 2022,  will maintain a service desk on the exhibit floor to the extreme left. Preordering of
decorator labor, furniture, carpeting, drayage and other requirements is recommended. All orders placed with them at the show must be paid for in cash or credit card.

The service desk will handle all materials and shipments coming into or going out of the hall through the freight

NOTE: If you intend to use an independent service contractor to set up your exhibit, you must send convention
management the name and address of the contractor and a copy of their insurance coverage by October 1.

Each exhibitor receives 5 complimentary badges per 10x10 booth space. Additional badges can be purchased for $100 each. 

To assign badges, login to your Exhibitor Hub and click Booth Personnel in the menu.

Although you do not need a badge to set-up your booth area, we strongly encourage you to get your badges sometime on Monday before you leave the building so you do not have to stand in lines on Tuesday morning. Badges are available at the kiosks in the Registration Area outside of Hall D. Registration hours are: Monday, October 24 - 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 25 - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26 - 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Notifications will be sent at the end of August, you will receive a response for each proposal submitted.
